Walter McLaughlin has been in banking and commercial lending for 25 years, specializing in Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed lending programs. He has been in senior management for over 15 years and received the SBA's Washington State Financial Services Advocate award in 2005. Walter heads a large regional bank's SBA lending department, a $4.0 billion regional northwest bank with branches in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. He received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1986, and completed Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 1997.
