According to Tylenol’s website the lot numbers that are affected in this recall are: BIL0U00, BIL0V00, BIL3500, BJL2D00, BJL2E00, BJL2T00, BJL2U00, and the UPC code is 300450122308.

The Tylenol Recall: Questions and Concerns

Although some other Tylenol recalls have been due to odd odors or other medication concerns, in this case there is nothing wrong with the medicine, and there have not been any reported cases of serious side effects due to this malfunction. If you have experienced any problems with this product, you are asked to contact the U.S. Food and Drug Administration MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting Program. For those with the affected products, Tylenol is offering a refund or a coupon. To apply for the refund or coupon, you will need to fill out this form.
